Removing the logos and support text shouldn't be difficult since the src rpms are available...  Just make your modifications to
contents, update the spec file accordingly and rebuild.  I doubt there are more than a few rpms which include the things in
question.

Making your own distro is really easy too (the comps xml file is a bit hairy).  I did it once just to include all current updates on
initial installs.  There's even a  howto available.  You can have your Husker Linux distro ready in less than an hour if you know
what you're doing...
