[olug] Apache issue

I have one that has me stumped at the moment so I need a pointer:
I have a new squid server that also has apache on it.  I can hit the
"website" from the gui on the local box (127.0.0.1), I can hit the
"website" by typing in the IP address of the box from the local box
(205.202.189.4), but I cannot hit the "website" from anywhere else.  I
can ping the server, ssh into the server, I have done a netstat -an and
Apache is listening on port 80.  What am I missing??  TIA!!
