[olug] Video Card

I am looking to spend about $140 for a video card and I am leaning toward the LEADTEK FX5600 8X AGP 256MB, Nvidia chipset.  Is this going to be good?  Is there a better recommendation?  Looking for help.  
Specs of system I am building:
AMD Athlon XP 2400+
LEADTEK NFORCE2 ATX 400FSB 6-CH W/S & L (WinFast K7NCR18D-Pro)
60GB HD (WD)
512MB PC2700 RAM (Kingston)
52X Burner (Lite-On I think)
Creative Encore 12x DVD drive (Model MK5006)
X-DREAMER SILVER MID-TOWER W/WDW & SENSOR

This will be a linux only decent little system when I am done but the VC has me concerned...

I have googled for reviews on VC's but have not come up on anything very relevant.
