Hate to say this, but can you take out all the extraneous cards (i.e.
firewire, network, USB, SCSI, etc) that your system doesn't need to boot
and see if the problem persists?  If possible, can you put in a different
video card?

Have you tried running Memtest86 for a number of passes?  How about
under-clocking your systemboard?

Now I'm just shooting in the dark and trying to find some stable base to
build upon... :)
