MIMEDefang (http://www.roaringpenguin.com/mimedefang/), when used in
conjunction with an MTA that supports the milter interface - Postfix and
Send**** (I blanked out part of the name to keep from blaspheming) are the
only only MTAs that do, iirc - will filter any and all email, as you see
fit, for certain (or even all) MIME attachments.
