And make sure you have a copy of Bruce's "Applied Cryptography" (second
edition is latest) as that is the book that blew the lid off of the NSA's
"Don't tell" mantra. It is also an excellent read if you want to
understand cryptography.

Note to Tim:

If you can find a copy of Rita Summers' "Secure Computing" do so. It has
been out of print for several years now but is probably the best book ever
writeen on Information Security. My copy is only available after someone
pries it from my dead fingers... ;-}

I'll look up the ISBN for those when I get back. Don;t know them off the
top of my head.
