[olug] Abiword footnotes/Latex plug

I think they are to be implemented after tables are . . . so don't wait
for them.

This is a little geeky, too, but LaTeX rocks on things like footnotes,
Works Cited, etc.  The very intial curve is a little steep, but after
that it's pretty easy.  And all Linux distros come with it.  To learn, I
just did a Google for "Latex tutorial" and read through the first couple
of hits.
