[olug] Case Mods

I think case mods are an interesting way to improve the appearence of
typically bland appliances, but I still think putting a plexiglass port on
the case and lighting the inside is just not the best thing you could do for
your equipment.

FCC rules for unintentional radiators do not apply here since this is a
"kit".  This is a user doing it themselves and not producing more than
5 or marketing it as a finished product.
