Filters may cut down air flow (some), but the bad effects of dust on
heat sinks inside computer can't be overstated.  All the air flow in the
world won't help you CPU if you can plant vegetation on it...

Personally, I don't have filters on my box yet, but I think I'll install
some after I add an extra custom fan.
