[olug] debain firewall

Well again I failed with Debian.  I have tried to install debian about
5 times in my life and a boot disk error has screwed me every time
except the one time I used the netinst from bootable cdrom.  This time
I downloaded the compact boot disks, 3 of them.  root rescue and
drivers-1.  drivers does not work.  I want to do a network install
since I have a cable modem.  I still have the woody netinst CD.  Is
there any way I can get a base system from that?
