You can still run a web server at home, just change the port address it
listens on and advertise that to the world.
Thats what I have been dong for quite a while now. Email has been working
again. I dont know for how long though. I host my email on a mail server
at work and haven't changed back to my home servers yet.

Like most of you I was blocked from using a web server on my home machine
during
the Great Switch from home.com.
However, in loggin on to another system today, a host.domain name was
displayed
showing where I had logged in from. On a lark I used it as a web URL
suitably
decorated for my particular system. It worked. In addition it showed that
the
address had been translated to my old host.domain name. The old name also
worked.
Am I the last one to hear about this?
