There sure is.

VNC will allow you to view your graphical X desktop,  running on your linux
server, from your windows client machine.  Or vice versa if the mood strikes
you.  I know the last few releases of Red Hat have come with a VNC server
already installed and configured.  A quick web search should turn up any
additional VNC client/server software you might need.
