My mistake, I did mean 192.168.1.101. 
So if I understand you correctly, will I put in the
file hosts.allow as 

ALL : 192.168.1.101.

How would I enter this ssh command in thru a terminal
emulator window?  Can you give me an example with the
ip address above.
