[olug] rpm "Build Host"

Does any one happen to know how rpm obtains the "Build Host" information when you create an rpm?
You can see this info by doing this:  rpm -qp --info your.rpm
I would have thought it used `hostname` somehow, but that dosen't seem to be the case.  
I changed my hostname before building and my old hostname still shows up.
It seems like you should be able to set that value in the spec file.
I've searched a lot and haven't found an answer.
Yeah, I could go through testing with config files, /etc/hosts, DNS, etc...  But I hoped someone would know offhand.
