Actually frontpage does require an FTP connection to my knowledge to upload
it!? Though I'm not 100% sure....unless it tries to connect on another high
port. Did you try adding an IPCHAINS rule to allow FTP through to see if
that helped? Somewhere we just need to find a correct config options....did
you use IPCHAINS or IPTABLES on your old firewall?
