[olug] Red hat cert

we would pry have to start off on the basic cert which i believe it RHCT but 
you got to start form somewhere. if they had a good turn out and people 
wanted more i wouldnt see a problem with making a RHCE available. you can 
take the RHCT at compusa i believe also.
