Not directly, but I will very soon - I'm implementing SpamAssassin 2.20 + 
Cyrus 2.1 + Exim 4.10 on a new mail server at work.

It shouldn't be much different than what you do to configure SpamAssassin to 
deliver to Maildirs or Mboxes.
