[olug] Reverse DNS lookup

Currently I have the IP address 207.91.5.252 and my dig -x results are

I have purchased nceelabs.org for work and put it on my DNS server that
runs tinydns.  How do I go about getting the reverse lookup to ask my
server what the name is?  Do I need to contact Alltel to have them put
the childns as my DNS?

I'm getting in over my head and if some of my statements are wrong
correct me and I will rephrase my question.
