[olug] Speed

Phil and Mike thanks for reply.  Think I found some of problem with
IRQ conflict.  I have been working on sound card issue too.  Anyway got part
of it fixed and seems pretty stable on a rpm down load from RH at about 13K.

Mike I have cox cable connection (huber28 at home.com)
I tried the download on both netscape and opera and got same results.  It is
getting late so will do some more testing tomorrow.
It is a SMCEZ 8416T card and w/98 I am using I.E. 5.5

Thanks again and will check back tomorrow after some more testing (after work
