[olug] Cox is demanding DHCP

What Cox is saying is that once they change your ip you won't be able to connect until you get your new ip.  With DHCP they can change it and have your computer udpate itself.  Once they change it just call them and get new IP.  Or use DHCP to get connected and download new info from your home page at excite and switch back.  I don't know why every gets so excited about this.  Cox never made any secrets about why they wanted people on dhcp.  Just wish they would quit blocking my port 80.
