I'm not denying that NSI could drive anyone insane (good luck BTW when you
try to transfer your domains to another registrar), but the problem with
your .info requests is quite likely coming from Affilias (spelling?), the
TLD registrar. Their processes have been worse than bad; look them up on
the Register (www.theregister.co.uk).
