The Microsoft rep had a nice presentation and was very personable.
Most of his arguments were based on the traditional idea that if it is 
popular then it must be good and to that end he listed statistics showing a 
lack of Linux growth, mostly on the desktop.
In the area of viruses he presented the idea that Windows XP and IIS 6 will 
be much more secure.  (I forgot to make the companion point that, as long as 
we're discussing future stuff, future versions of KDE and GNOME will be much 
less buggy and more user friendly.)
My guess is that the individuals there will probably continue to use Windows 
since they're in so deep already but who knows?
