[olug] bad practices at home

@home has actually been doing this for a long time.  At least as 
long as i've used them (~4 years.)  You can argue the implications 
either way but there are a lot of places that do it regardless.  

Instead of using Point-to-point connections, Radiks used 172.16.*.* 
(another RFC1918 address space) for the network between their 
router and the customer router for ISDN connections.(at least on 
the ones that I saw.)
