I bought a copy some time ago from Ingram Micro.  It is was only available
in the Premium version then.  I think the price was about $300, but I can't
remember exactly.  Not like the old days when I bought MS Word 2.0 NFR, back
then the prices were 10% of list price for the NFR edition.  Note that's not
10% discount, but 10% of the price.  I think I paid $12 for MS Word 2.0.  I
think the NFR prices are closer to 50% now.
