It's not just you, I tried to download it a couple of
days ago and couldn't get any kind of decent bandwidth
to download. A friend told me that  he managedt to get
a decent connection off of a mirror somewhere...
unfortunately he couldn't remember what the link was.

not very helpful I know, but at least you aren't alone
