[olug] Plan B if Cox switches to AOL

This Robert Cringley column left me all tingly.  Unfortunately, I'm leery
as to whether Qwest will actually give you "dry-pair" if you ask, but if
it works Brian could start charging OLUG membership fees for "OLUG ISP
costs".  Just a thought.
