[olug] Possible Installfest Date Change

Okay, I know we set up the 21st as the Installfest date.  However, Adam
Haeder just made a good point to me that if we do it AFTER the Infotec
conference (23 - 25 April) we'll get alot more attention. The 28th is
also a better date to use our usual facility.

Please respond to this message, yea or nay... I get alot of bounce
messages, so I never know if my stuff gets through.
