It's best to run Bastille on a virgin system.  It will setup all the rules which
pmfirewall does, except for ipmasq, which I'm not sure about since I haven't
tried it.  I would recomment thouroughly reading Bastille's README and FAQ
before starting.  That will save you from making a lot of changes afterwards.
