There's also cygnus "usertools" that is distributed along with a win32 gcc
port. Usertools is also available "standalone"---i.e. no compiler or libraries.
It's got things that AINTX doesn't seem to have (I never used it), like bash,
grep, awk, sed, and sort. Bash is the biggie, as the [DOS|Win9x|WinNT|Win2000]
command shells JUST PLAIN SUCK! With or without "DOSKEY" enabled...

'full.exe' is the humugus totally everything thing, 'usertools.exe' is
basically just the environment.
Then of course you'll need the vim ports, the Perl port, the MikTeX port (who
the hell needs MickySoft-Word (have they dropped ASCII support yet?) and that
stupid paper-clip), the MySQL port, the Apache port, the .... without "free"
software, Winders would just be expensive, instead of stupid and expensive.
