[OLUG] ipchaining

There is a utility to help you setup ipchains, called pmfirewall.  It
shouldn't be hard to find and will have you up and running in no time. 
There is a side effect though... I don't have a clue what the output
from ipchains -L means... but I haven't completed the reading that you
have.
