You won't notice the difference in respect to Internet access, true, but you
will if you move large files around internally!  Dave's comments regarding
price definitely stand, though.  Personally, I've been finding it more and
more difficult to even find 10 megabit-only components any more.

You should also consider any expansion plans you have.  I think it makes
sense to spend a little extra for the 100 megabit cards.
