DSL is aparently available for COMMERCIAL customers in Nebraska City..

hmmm...dsl charged by the hour, that does seem strange. but not as
strange as actually getting DSL service in Nebraska City at this time.
Seems there about the only place you can get it in nebr. is Omaha or
Lincoln. Am I wrong on this?
