[OLUG] DSL in Nebraska City

	The phone company here in Nebraska City, NE is currently ALLTEL, and I
finding that their 56k dial-up just doesn't seem to do it anymore (not fast
enough, and it is going to be needed 24/7) and some representive from ALLTEL
has told me that both their DSL services and ISDN services are charged on by
the hour..  Does this seem strange?
