[OLUG] binfmt-0000 module?

Hey all
I've got a system here (PII-500, 2.2.15) that periodically reports in
the syslog:
modprobe: can't locate module binfmt-0000

I've done some searches but I can't get a clear picture of what is
happening here. Anyone else seen this?
