[OLUG] trying to set up a dumb terminal

I did it with a bootdisk. I expected it to be all hard, but it ended up being
trivial. All I had to do was build a kernel that would get rootfs '/' via NFS,
throw in an entry for the MAC address of the diskless machine, stick in the floppy,
and boot.

Of course, then you have to have a copy of all the utils in your diskless machine's
root dir that linux will want to have to actually work....init, login, ls,
cp...etc. etc. etc.
