Although I am not a pro at bb, but it would appear the server's in question
don't have the agent running on them (maybe it's dying for some reason?).

Looks like everybody's on vacation.

While I'm here, does anybody use Big Brother? I've got it monitoring some
servers here, but it keeps putting systems in "purple" (no report) and I
can't figure out why (there aren't any problems with the systems). I'm
reading the mailing list archives now.
