[olug] *BSD firewalling examples?

[puzzled]

          Does anyone have an example script for configuring firewalling
using ipfw which they could post? I'd like to find something like
pmfirewall for *bsd ... I am getting old/set in my ways and I don't want to
climb the learning curve for another firewalling package this year.
