[olug] OT - Cox to start billing for people using more than 1tb a month

Sorry about the FUD in terms of cap on business bandwidth.  I logged
on to CoxBusiness.com to check on things and it says "100 x 20 Mbps;
Unltd Bandwidth".
Sometimes an email arrives at our business that is tied to a
residential account.
