[olug] OT - Cox to start billing for people using more than 1tb a month

Our Cox business account also has the 1TB  cap.  100/20 w /16 subnet. We
usually contract for 5years so maybe would contest until contract is up.
Got the email the same day the new FCC chairman was approved.

I am wondering how well VOIP will perform without QOS at narrow bandwidth.
