[olug] 40K limit on images

The list is hosted on a linode vps, so disk is limited.  The concern is
storage of the list archives if we up the message limit.  While I wouldn't
mind upping the limit, it's ultimately up to Brian, who is billed for the
VPS.  There is a page for donations, but I don't know how many donations
OLUG has received (not my area), so I cannot answer any questions related
