Good question.  Is there even one that exists?

I know the  adb, otherwise known as the Android Debug Bridge does the
oppisite - control Android from Linux with SendKeys like functionality
found in AutoIT.   Does it need the remote touch / mouse capabilities as
well?    BIOS level access would not be possible without hw.    Assume
normal ssh is not good enough because you are trying to use gnome / kde /
mint from your Android.   Have not tried ssh -xX from an android ssh
client, but try something along those lines.
