[olug] VPS options?

What Virtual Private Sever providers are people here using?  I need to move
a small web site and mailing list (e.g. ~2 static HTML pages) somewhere.

I've looked into 1and1.com, dreamhost.com, and ovh.com.  OVH.com has a
small server for $3/month that might suit our needs and the ability to
scale up if we need more cpu/ram/storage.

I think if I can keep the cost to around $10/month max we can swing it
(we've never had to pay before, so this could be interesting).

Any other suggestions for VPS providers I may have overlooked?

I've also investigated the free Google Groups and Yahoo Groups options, as
well as free webhosting, but a few of the old-timers on the list want to
keep the domain for both email and website, hence the VPS.
