I've done business with them in the past and am still running a couple of
the HP machines I purchased a couple years ago.  Prices are reasonable and
they come with OEM Windows 7 Pro pre-loaded.  If you ask, they'll give you
an OEM disc to re-load Windows later if you want to wipe it and run Linux
instead.
