I have the ultimate teir,  they still send me over the limit emails suggesting I up my level.  I called them asking about the level they suggest I upgrade to and they told me to simply ignore the emails.

Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Smartphone

I got an email from cox the other day about all their wifi, but their maps
only showed a fist full, located at their retail locations.
If they want me to up my service level -- I max out the no-limit cap and
get a 250G letter trying to up-sell me.   Now if the up-sell had  real
value like dense wireless access all over the metro -- then I would take a
real look at upping my level.
