Just a follow-up to my "linder.org" renewal and hosting question from a
couple weeks ago.

I was all set to jump to one of the other providers, but I first had to
call Network Solutions to get the "automatic renewal" billing refunded.

When I called, I mentioned their competitor by name and the cost per year.
The customer service guy came back on line and made me an offer of
$12.99/year - much better than the $75/year the automatic renewal was going
to cost. (He said it was because I was a "gold member" - I've had the
domain registered with them for about 15 years...)

For the $1.50/year difference, I decided to stay with NetSol and renew for
five years.

Thanks again for all your comments - hopefully this will help others who
might be paying Network Solutions "regular" fee.
