[olug] Fedora upgrade to v. 19

Some are business, some are more home/hobby.

I've been doing Fedora for nearly a decade now, and I haven't seen any 
reason to switch.  It's treated me well, the updates are timely (my 
biggest gripe with CentOS), and basically it just runs.
