Their cap is 2GB per month; after that they slow you down to dial up speeds. But I do know my cheap (old 3g) smart phone was pulling speeds of 1MB along the I 80 corridor.
I have yet to try the speeds with a more current, 4g capable, phone, but for what I'm paying, I'll take 1MB.


 
I ran the Harry Potter books through a spell checker; none of those spells should work.
