we use Yosemite, now owned by barracuda
http://www.barracudaware.com/products/server-backup
Disk to Disk to Tape
Bare Metal
SQL Server/Exchange
Windows/Linux
Encryption
Licensing is the least expensive backup that I've used.
VM backup might be an issue for you.  We snapshot the vms and back those up
-- we back important bits off the VM.
