[olug] Cost effective enterprise backup

BackupPC is fairly straightforward.  It backs up all our Windows & *nix
boxen.  It has options for bare metal and VM plus incremental backups.  We
have it attached to an iSCSI device for speedy syncs and it rsyncs to an
off site Nas for backups of the backups.
