To regain web access you can run no ip firewall from the serial port and then hit the web interface again. Go into security zones and chose either public or private depending on which side you're trying to get web admin access from and pick admin access from the drop down. You'll do the same thing for your port forwarding or nat, pick the public security zone and add a new rule there.
